Policy Briefs

Policy Briefs synthesize research results of the PRISE Research Group. Briefs address issues associated with the professional continuum of high school science teachers. They are written as condensations of research to elicit conversations among stakeholders about issues such as job satisfaction, teacher mobility, and induction practices for beginning high school science teachers. During the fifth years of the project, policy briefs are shared with PRISE sample schools and PRISE Dialogue Forum participants to (a) stimulate conversation between and among groups and (b) prepare for a second PRISE Dialogue Forum to be held in September 2010.
